Abstract:【Abstract】Objective To explore effect of the nursing methods of interventional therapy on malignant biliary obstructive jaundice patients. Methods 71 malignant biliary obstructive jaundice patients were selected as the research object. The preventive nursing intervention included psychological counseling, complication prevention, observation of patients with anxiety, depression and other negative psychological change. The postoperative complications, treatment compliance and satisfaction were observed. Results There were 69 cases (97.18%) wih treatment compliance. 68 cases (95.77%) were satisfied with the nursing. The postoperative complications occurred in 3 patients (4.23%) patients, including 2 cases (2.82%) with biliary tract infection and 1 case (1.41%) with postoperative severe electrolyte disorder. After nursing intervention, the preoperative SAS, SDS score significantly reduced compared with those before treatment (P <0.05). The serum total bilirubin and GGT after treatment were rapidly declined compared with those before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention for malignant biliary obstructive jaundice can effectively relieve the preoperative bad feelings, enhance patient treatment compliance, reduce the postoperative complications, improve the clinical curative effect, improve patient quality of life, doctorpatient trust and understanding and patient satisfaction.
