Abstract:【Abstract】Objective To explore the changes and significance of BNP and NTproBNP in blood before and after PCI in patients with AMI. Methods From October 2012 to October 2016, 734 acute myocardial infarction patients was studied in General Hospital of Fuxin mining (Group) Co., Ltd.. 242 patients were treated with thrombolytic therapy (control group). 492 patients were treated with PCI surgery (observation group). The relationship between the content of BNP, NT-proBNP and cardiac function were observed. The content of BNP, NT-proBNP and the incidence of cardiovascular events in the patients were observed before and after treatment for up to 12 months. Results The content of BNP and NT-proBNP in plasma in concentric function group had significant difference, and with the severity of cardiac insufficiency, BNP and NT-proBNP content also increased (P<0.05). The serum BNP, NT-proBNP after treatment significantly decreased (P<0.05). The blood BNP and NTproBNP of PCI treatment significantly decreased compared with thrombolytic therapy (P<0.05). There were 159 cases (65.70%) and 228 cases (46-34%) with cardiovascular events in control group and observation group, the observation group accounted for 4634%. The incidence of cardiovascular events of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The levels of blood BNP and NT-proBNP in patients with myocardial infarction are significantly high, and the risk of cardiovascular events increased after treatment of patients with high blood BNP and NT-proBNP levels.
