Abstract:【Abstract】Objective To study the application of blood lipid, uric acid and glucose in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage and its prognostic value. Methods 120 patients of acute cerebral hemorrhage received therapy from April 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital, according to the good and invalid prognosis, were divided into Good prognosis group and Poor prognosis group. 60 healthy workers in our hospital were selected as routine group. Plasma total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDLC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), uric acid, and blood glucose were measured. Results There were no significant differences in serum total cholesterol and triglyceride among the three groups(P>0.05). HDLC in Good prognosis group was lower than that in Poor prognosis group([1.35±0.42]mmol/L vs[1.9±0.41]mmol/L). LDLC in Good prognosis group was higher than that in Poor prognosis group ([2.71±0.83]mmol/L vs[268±075]mmol/L)(P<0.05). The uric acid and blood glucose of three groups were statistically significantly different. The uric acid and blood glucose of conventional group were the highest and those o Poor prognosis group were lowest among the three groups(P<0.05). HDLC, uric acid, blood glucose and age were the risk factors of poor prognosis of acute cerebral hemorrhage. Conclusion Blood lipids, uric acid and blood glucose testing for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage have a guiding significance and safe.
