Abstract:【Abstract】Objective To research the sitagliptin jiont acarbose in treatment of type 2 diabetes and the effects on lipid metabolism disorder and insulin resistance. Methods 118 type 2 diabetes, according to the lottery method, were divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was treated with sitagliptin, and the experimental group was treated with sitagliptin jiont acarbose. The curative effect was compared between the two groups. Triacylglycerol (TG), total cholesterol (TC), highdensity lipoprotein (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C), insulin resistance index (HOMA IR), blood sugar, gastrointestinal hormone, inflammation factors changed, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of experimental group (9661%) was higher than that of the control group (8644%) (P<0.05). The TG, TC, LDLC of experimental group was lower than that of the control group. The HDL-C of experimental group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). HOMAIR of experimental group was lower than that of control group. Glucose, gastrointestinal hormones and inflammation factor of experimental group was better than that of control group (P<0.05). The adverse reactions was no differences between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of sitagliptin joint acarbose in treatment of type 2 diabetes can improve lipid metabolism disorder and insulin resistance, and conducive to the regulation of gastrointestinal hormones and inflammatory factors.
