缺氧微环境与胃肠道肿瘤转移的关系研究进展

摘要:
【摘要】 胃肠道肿瘤在恶性肿瘤中占有重要的比例。肿瘤的远处脏器转移是目前恶性肿瘤死亡的主要原因之一。预防或降低肿瘤的远处脏器转移对提高患者生存率至关重要。目前,对于影响恶性肿瘤转移方面的研究较多,缺氧微环境与恶性肿瘤转移的关系已成为国内外研究的热点。由于肿瘤的血管分布的无规律性,使得肿瘤中心区域的氧供较周围区域差,肿瘤体积越大,这种氧供差异越明显。恶性肿瘤中心的缺氧微环境与肿瘤转移存在着联系,本文就缺氧微环境与胃肠道肿瘤转移的关系进行综述。

Abstract:
【Abstract】 Gastrointestinal tumors occupy an important proportion of malignant tumors. Tumors of distant organ metastasis are one of the main current cancer deaths. Prevent or reduce tumor distant organ metastasis is critical to improve patient survival rate. Currently, there are a lot of influence cancer metastasis researches, the relationship between hypoxia microenvironment and metastasis of cancer researchers at home and abroad has become a hot research. As the tumor vascularity without regularity, making oxygen for tumor central region around the area is poor, the greater the tumor volume, the more obvious differences between this oxygen supply. Hypoxia microenvironment and metastasis of cancer center there is a link, this paper relationship hypoxia microenvironment and metastasis of gastrointestinal cancer were reviewed.
