三维斑点追踪技术评估左心室收缩功能不全的研究进展

摘要:
【摘要】 近年来随着超声技术的不断发展,实时三维斑点追踪技术克服了二维斑点追踪技术检查时间长、左心室几何形态假说、追踪错误等缺点,使得该技术评估左室收缩功能更加精准、重复性更好。众多研究证实该技术可用于评估心血管及相关疾病早期左室功能不全,如高血压、亚临床型心力衰竭、瓣膜病、糖尿病等。本文就三维斑点追踪技术评估左心室收缩功能不全研究进展进行综述。

Research progress of three dimensional speckle tracking echocardiography in assessmenting left ventricular systolic dysfunction

Abstract:
【Abstract】 Recently, with the development of ultrasonic technology, threedimensional (3D) speckletracking echocardiography (STE) has been developed. The newly developed 3D STE has overcome shortcomings of conventional twodimensional (2D) speckletracking echocardiography (2D STE), including a long analysis time, depended on geometric assumptions and tracking error. And 3DSTE provides accurate and convenient assessment of LV function. Many studies have has been shown that 3D STE is used to detect subclinical of LV dysfunction in patients with cardiovascular disease and related diseases such as hypertension, subclinical heart failure, valvular disease, diabetes and so on. This article will summarize the research progress of 3DSTE.
