【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the comparison of spiral CT and color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of renal hamartoma.Method Preoperative spiral CT and color Doppler ultrasonography in 68 patients with renal hamartoma were retrospective analyzed. The accuracy of diagnosis of renal hamartoma were compared.Result 66 patients were diagnosed as renal hamartoma by preoperative spiral CT and 2 patients were diagnosed as renal cell carcinoma by preoperative spiral CT. The accuracy rate of diagnosis was 97.06%. 58 patients were diagnosed as renal hamartoma by preoperative color Doppler ultrasound and 10 patients were diagnosed as renal cell carcinoma by preoperative color Doppler ultrasound. The accuracy rate of diagnosis was 85.28%. The accuracy rate of the spiral CT was higher than that of color Doppler ultrasound.Conclusion The accuracy rate of spiral CT on diagnosis of renal hamartoma is higher than that of color Doppler ultrasound.
