    Abstract:

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effects of different nutritional support programs on the improvement of the development of the premature infant with ectopic. Methods 280 premature infants admitted in our hospital from September 2013 to September were randomly divided into control group (140 cases) and study group (140 cases). The routine nutritional support was adopted in the control group. The positive nutrition support program was adopted in the study group. The nutritional intake, intelligence development, physical development and complications of the two groups were observed. Results The nutritional intake, intelligence development and physical development of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P< 005). The incidence of necrotizing colitis, feeding intolerance and sepsis in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P< 005). Conclusion Implementation to the premature infant positive nutrition support scheme can effectively improve nutritional status in premature infants and the premature infants intelligence development and growth level, reduce incidence of ectopic neural developmental delay and improve the prognosis of premature infants.
