【Abstract】objective To manufacture a device for orientate in breast lesions and apply for clinical patients. Methods All 42 patients were palpationnegative breast lesions. The BIRADS classification was more than 4A with calcifications. The manufacture breast location device was given all the patients.Results Among the 38 cases, 51 lesions were thoroughly removed by one operation and another 4 lesions in 4 cases were removed twice. Among 42 cases,13 patients had breast cancers, including 8 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma, 5 cases of ductal carcinoma in situ. 11 cases were negative margins by first operation and 2 cases by twice. The mammary profiles of all the patients were perfective.Conclusion The orientate device for breast lesions is simple and cheap for patients.
