【Abstract】Objectiv eTo study the clinical value of ultrasonic testing with combined detection CA125 and CA199 for diagnosis of ovarian malignant malignant. Methods 98 patients of ovarian tumors from June 2015 to July 2016 in our hospital were selected as research objects. The serum levels of CA125 and CA199 levels were detected. The accuracy of single ultrasound and ultrasonic combined CA125 and CA199 were compared. Results The ultrasonic detection accuracy rate of ovarian tumor was 89.8%, lower than ultrasonic combined CA125 and CA199 tumor markers detection accuracy (96.9%, P<0.05). The serum CA125 and CA199 of Ultrasonic blood flow classification of the patients with benign tumor were significantly higher than that of patients with malignant tumor (P<0.05). Coincidence rate of ultrasound combined CA125 and CA199 inspection was obviously higher than that of single ultrasonic inspection of coincidence rate (P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasonic testing combined CA125 and CA199 examination in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors can improve the accuracy and reduce the misdiagnosis rate of benign and malignant ovarian tumors.
