Abstract:【Abstrast】 The assessment of right ventricular function is of great value in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of heart disease. Right ventricular function has always been left behind in the left ventricle due to the incomplete understanding of the right ventricle and the complexity of its position and structure. In the past, more commonly used techniques for evaluating right ventricular function were radionuclide imaging, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), right ventricular angiography and echocardiography. And three dimensional echocardiography is a new technology developed in recent years, through the continuous interception of different sections and angles of the heart of the twodimensional image of the threedimensional reconstruction, to be more comprehensive, more threedimensional assessment of the right ventricular function. This article reviews the evaluation of right ventricular function bythree dimensional echocardiography.
