Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of Glucosamine Hydrochloride on IL1β, IL6 and TNFα of patients with KOA and provide related reference on clinic treatment. Methods 100 patients with KOA from April 2014 to February 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group. Observation group was treated with glucosamine hydrochloride and control group was treated with meloxicam. ELISA was used to detect the changes of IL1β, IL6 and TNFα before and after treatment. LKSS score, VAS, pain relief time and adverse reactions were observed. Results Before treatment,IL1β, IL6 and TNFαof the two groups had no difference (P>005). After treatment, IL1β, IL6 and TNFα of observation group were lower than that of control group (P<005). Before treatment,LKSS of the two groups had no difference (P>005). After treatment, LKSS of observation group was higher than that of control group (P<005). Before and after treatment, pain score of the two groups had no difference (P>005). The adverse reactions of the two groups had no difference (P<005). Conclusion In patients with KOA, expression condition of all inflammatory factors are increasing. Glucosamine hydrochloride can improve knee score by inhibiting IL1β, IL6 and TNFα, shorten pain relief time and achieve the effect of healing KOA.
