Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the evaluation of ultrasonic cardiogram on left heart function of HF patients after MI. Methods 96 patients with HF after MI in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2016 were selected as observation group and 96 healthy persons were chosen as control group. They were given cardiac function examination. The cardiac function indexes and left heart function were observed. Results Gender, height, weight, BMI of the two groups had no obvious difference (P>005). Smokers and drinkers of observation group were more than that of control group. TAPSE of observation group was lower than that of control group. The ventricular septal index and Tei index of observation group ascended, compared with those of control group (P<005). The left ventricle and left atrium enlargement rate of different cardiac functional grading patients of observation group and control group had statistical significance (P<005). The left ventricle and left atrium enlargement rate was increased with the increasing of cardiac function level. They were positive related. LVEDV, LVESV and LVSV of observation group and control had no statistic significance (P>005). LVD, LAD and LVPWT of observation group were higher than that of control group. LVEF of observation group was lower than that of normal person (P<005). LVEF, FS, E/A and cardiac function level had close relationship. LVEF and E/A were declined with the rising of cardiac function level. FS was increasing with the rising of cardiac function level. The differences were statistically significant (P<005). Conclusion Ultrasonic cardiogram has significant effect on evaluating left heart function of HF patients after MI, which can help clarifying a diagnosis and improve treatment level.
