Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of bronchoscopic high-frequency electric snare in the airway of new biological. Methods 56 patients with airway neoplasm treated with high frequency electric snare from May 2002 to Mary 2015 were selected an treatment group. 56 patients with airway neoplasm treated with traditional surgery were selected as control group. The symptom relief, imaging and bronchoscopy, complications, hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses and prognosis were observed. Results There was no significant difference in the symptom relief, imaging, bronchoscopy and prognosisin between treatment group and control group (P>0.05). The incidence of complications, hospitalization time and hospitalization costs of treatment group were significantly reduced compared with that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Compared with the traditional operation, bronchoscopic high-frequency electric snare was effective to treat airway neoplasm.
