    【摘要】 目的 探讨经支气管镜高频电圈套在气道新生物中的疗效及安全性。方法 回顾分析2002年5月~2015年3月经高频电圈套处理的气道新生物患者56例为治疗组,同期经传统外科手术切除的气道新生物患者52例为对照组,观察患者术后症状缓解情况、影像学及气管镜检查情况、并发症、住院时间、住院费用及预后。结果 治疗组患者术后症状缓解情况、影像学及气管镜检查情况、预后与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但并发症发生率、住院时间及住院费用较对照组明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 经支气管镜高频电圈套气道新生物与传统手术比较,两者疗效都很肯定,但是经电子支气管镜高频电圈套并发症少,安全性好,住院时间及住院费用少,可在临床推广应用。

    Abstract:

    【Abstract】 Objective Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of bronchoscopic high-frequency electric snare in the airway of new biological.Methods 56 patients with airway neoplasm treated with high frequency electric snare from May 2002 to Mary 2015 were selected an treatment group. 56 patients with airway neoplasm treated with traditional surgery were selected as control group. The symptom relief, imaging and bronchoscopy, complications, hospitalization time,hospitalization expenses and prognosis were observed. Results There was no significant difference in the symptom relief, imaging, bronchoscopy and prognosisin between treatment group and control group (P>0.05). The incidence of complications, hospitalization time and hospitalization costs of treatment group were significantly reduced compared with that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Compared with the traditional operation, bronchoscopic high-frequency electric snare was effective to treat airway neoplasm.
