【Abstract】 The digestive diseases is the largest disease group, which brings great burden for the patient families and our country, and attracts global scholars to focus on. With the development of research, the diagnosis and treatment of digestive diseases become more mature, but there are still many problems. In recent years, there are great progresses in the early cancer diagnosis and treatment, endoscopic minimally invasive treatment, intestinal microecology, advanced tumor molecular targeted therapy and other fields. In this article, we’ll review the progress of the digestive system in recent years, and comment the possible focus direction in the future, which might be benefit for the improvement of digestive diseases research.
