Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To study the correlation between polymorphism of lipoprotein lipase and hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in young and make a further study on the pathogenesis of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 68 hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage served as a case group were selected from Songjiang District Central Hospital July 2011December 2014 and 63 infarction patients and normal served as a control group in this study. Polyporphism chain reactionrestriction fragment length polymorphism assay and DNA sequencing were used to determine genotypes including young cerebral hemorrhage of hypertension patients and normal controls group and cerebral infarction group. Results The frequency of T allele in cerebral hemorrhage group was 94.9%, G allele was 5.1%, while in cerebral infarction group was 85.7% and 14.3%. The frequency of in control group was 778% and 222%. Compared with the control group, gene frequency in cerebral hemorrhage group had statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The difference was not statistically significant difference in cerebral hemorrhage group. GG genotype frequencies were the lowest in the three groups. Gene frequency in cerebral hemorrhage group had statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Application of HardyWeinberg equilibrium test prompted the present study population genetic equilibrium due to the frequency in line with group representation. Conclusion Lipoprotein lipase gene polymorphism and young cerebral hemorrhage of hypertension have a certain relationship.
