Abstract:【Abstract】 Cervical cancer is one of the most common gynecologic malignant tumors, and the mortality rate is second in developing countries. 30% of patients after the treatment will relapse. Optimal treatment strategies of recurrent cervical cancer patients should be based on the physical condition of patients, recurrent and / or metastasis site, metastasis degree and initial treatment methods. It is very difficult for recurrent cervical cancer patients to choose optimal treatment and it will be poor prognosis. Various treatment methods such as radical radiotherapy, pelvic exenteration, palliative chemotherapy, molecular targeted therapy and so on will be selectively used in order to prolong patient the overall survival time and improve the quality of life. So it will gain the best benefit from the individual treatment.
