【Abstract】 Cryotherapy treatment methods has been proved to be a security, valid, minimally invasive therapy for patients with primary and secondary liver tumors at the time of diagnosis.Argonhelium cryoablation is a minimally invasive ablation technology．It has been widely used for liver cancer treatment either alone or combined with other therapy methods by guided by CT、Bultrasound or MRI．This article reviews its clinical application、therapeutic progresses and complication.
