    【摘要】 目的 探讨基于Green理论的视频健康教育模式在心脏瓣膜置换术围手术期患者中的临床应用效果。方法 将收治的166例心脏瓣膜置换术患者按照完全随机化方法分为对照组83例和实验组83例。对照组给予传统健康教育;实验组采用基于Green理论模型的视频健康教育,对比两组患者围术期相关知识掌握情况、并发症发生率、生活质量评分及护患双方对两种教育模式的满意度。结果 实验组患者疾病知识掌握、满意度、生活质量评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);护士对视频健康宣教模式的满意度明显高于传统模式(P<005)。结论 对心脏瓣膜置换术患者实施基于Green理论的视频健康教育模式既可提高患者对疾病相关知识的掌握程度、满意度和生活质量,还可减少并发症的发生率,具有重要的临床应用价值。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of Green modelbased videos in health education for perioperative patients with cardiac valve replacement and improve the quality of health education for these patients.Methods 166 patients with cardiac valve replacement were randomly divided into control group (83 cases) received routine health education and observation group (83 cases) received health education with videos based on Green model. Meanwhile, satisfactions of 28 nurses for health education mode were survey.Results The disease knowledge, satisfactions of patients and the quality of life of observation group were higher than that of control group (P<005). The postoperative complication of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group (P<005). Satisfactions of nurses for video health education of observation group were significantly more than that for control group (P<005).Conclusion Video health education based on Green model can effectively improve the knowledge of patients and the satisfactions of nurses.
