Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of targeted care on continuous blood purification of patients with infection prevention. Method 80 patients with continuous blood purification were randomly divided to control group (40 cases) and test group (40 cases). The control group was treated with routine nursing and the experimental group with routine nursing and targeted nursing. The clinical indicators improved, health knowledge mastering, complication rate and nursing satisfaction were observed. Results The HR, PCWP, bun, SCR, IL6, IL10 and TNF alpha levels in experimental group after treatment were lower than that of the control group (P<005). The map and SVRI of experimental group were significantly higher than that in the control group (P<001). The overall health knowledge of experimental group was better than that of the control group (P<005). The incidence of complications of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group (P<001). The nursing satisfaction of experimental group was significantly better than that of control group (P<001).Conclusion Targeted nursing in patients with continuous blood purification can improve the health knowledge of patients with master degree, respect for the medical and nursing satisfaction, improve the relevant clinical indexes and reduce the incidence of complications.
