Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To explore the fatigue status and risk factors in patients with chronic heart failure. MethodsThe selfmade basic status questionnaire, multidimensional fatigue inventory, hospital anxiety and depression scale, and pittsburgh sleep quality index were used to survey 184 cases with chronic heart failure from Jau. 2013 to Dec. 2015. The risk factors of fatigue were analyzed. Results The total score of fatigue in patients with chronic heart failure was (6808±1035), and the 4 dimensions of physical fatigue, mental fatigue, reduced activity and decreased motivation scores were (3920±624), (1403±306), (757±268) and (728±226). Univariate analysis showed age, heart function classification and anemia were associated with the total score of fatigue (All P<005). Person analysis showed the score of anxiety, depression, sleep index, sleep quality, time to fall sleep, sleeping time, sleep efficiency, somnipathy and daytime dysfunction were positively correlated with fatigue (All P<005). The multiple linear regression analysis revealed that heart function classification, anemia, sleep quality and daytime dysfunction were important risk factors of fatigue (All P<005). Conclusion The level of fatigue in patients with chronic heart failure is relatively high. Multiple measures should be taken, including improving heart function, correcting anemia, providing psychological care and sleep care to improve the fatigue status of patients.
