Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To Detect the express of Jagged1, Notchl, NFκB in psoriasis and explore the relationship between Notch signaling pathway abnormalities and pathogenesis of psoriasis. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 40 patients′ pathological specimen of acute psoriasis vulgaris and 40 normal persons′ specimen as control group from July 2012 to July 2014 in Department of Dermatology of The Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University, and detected the express of Jagged1, Notchl, NFκB in skin lesion area and non lesion area and control group by immunohistochemistry. Results The express of Jagged1, Notchl, NFκB in group of skin lesion area were higher than that of the other two groups(P<005), but it were similar in group of non skin lesions and control group (P>005). d Jagged1, Notchl, NFκB were showed positive correlation with each other in skin lesion area.(P<001). Conclusion Jagged1, Notchl, NFκB were highly expressed in psoriasis and them were showed positive correlation with each other in skin lesion area. Therefore, Jagged1 Notchl, NF K B protein may play an important role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.
