Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the change of FOXP3+ regulatory T cells (Tregs) in patients with systemic sclerosis (SSc) using metaanalysis. Methods The databases including PubMed, Wanfang, Weipu and CNKI were searched for relevant studies up to September 30, 2016. After data extraction for included studies, a metaanalysis was performed using RevMan 5.3. Results 8 studies with 393 subjects met the inclusion criteria for present analysis. The result of metaanalysis showed that compared with healthy controls, the radio of FOXP3+Treg of CD4+ T cells in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of SSc patients increased by 040% for the CD4+CD25+/highFOXP3+Tregs[WMA=040,95%CI(014,065)]. Conclusion Based on the current evidences, the immunedysfunction of SSc may be due to the increase of FOXP3+Treg in circulation.
